Chef Wesley Nogueira and Pastry Chef Leni Rose Magsino created a menu that combined Filipino flavors with locally-sourced ingredients, comfort foods, creative re-imaginings of classic dishes, like pancit gnocchi with balut butter and chargrilled ribs with San Miguel beer BBQ sauce, and traditional Filipino desserts.
